How to Persuade Customers to Buy More Products

If you own a shop of any kind, you will want to do everything you can to sell more products to existing customers. This is just as important as attracting new customers. This article reveals a great way to do just that, so you can sell more products every day.

How many products do you sell each day? Would you like to find a way of encouraging your customers to buy more items every time they come into your store? Would you like to discover a way of shifting more of a particular product, perhaps because it is on special offer?

One good way of doing this is to use coupon holders. These are simple plastic holders that can be fitted onto the edge of a shelf. The idea is they can grip a number of coupons that can be slotted into the holder. They hang down from the shelf edge so the customer can see them clearly as they browse the shelves.

These coupon holders work very well when you have a particular coupon you want to promote, especially if the coupons are presented with a tear off strip at the top. The idea is the customer will see the coupon, tear one off to use, pick up the appropriate product to get the discount on and then save the money when they get to the checkout. This can be used just as easily in small shops as it can in a major store, so you can make the most of using them no matter what you happen to sell.

Obviously, you should move them around over time so the customer doesn’t get used to where they are. Offering different coupons for different products on a regular basis is the ideal option to go for.
